We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Operations Manager to maintain and improve our company’s operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity. This person will be skilled in human resources, finance, and IT management, and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the company. 

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with the Founder and leadership team of a fast-growing startup and will operate cross-functionally with teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a bias toward action, a positive mindset, and excellent problem solving, and communication skills. 

Objectives of this role: 

  • Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company 
  • Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity 
  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget 
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed 
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable 

Responsibilities: 

  • Optimize processes in a cost-effective way wherever possible and manage the rollout of these new processes across the company, including clear communication with each team and any necessary training
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems 
  • Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliant
  • Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
  • Manage all IT being used in the company, including employee access, seat usage, pricing negotiation, etc.
  • Work with the CEO and department heads regularly to develop and maintain monthly budget for the company by department
  • Monitor expenditures by department to ensure budgets are not being exceeded
  • Control and manage access to corporate cards and accounts 
  • Manage and process all AR and AP 
  • Manage and run our payroll and HR system
  • Handle any HR complaints/concerns

Required skills and qualifications: 

  • Two or more years of proven success in an operations role 
  • Strong skills in budget development and oversight 
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control  
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes 
  • Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications 

Preferred skills and qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field 
  • Working knowledge of management software programs, including Microsoft, QuickBooks, Atlassian, and Zenefits  
  • Strong IT management skills
  • Financial and account reporting experience

Enterprise SaaS Sales Lead will be a leader and driver of growth and will already have several buyer-level enterprise relationships. This position will work directly with the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage both in direct and channel sales highlighting the case for change and the move to company’s solution. Full sales process will include qualifying leads and customer needs, solution to recommendation, pricing, negotiation, contract signing.
  • Identify and manage sales channel partners including agencies, consultancies, VARS, strategic AdTech/Martech product vendors 
  • Discover customer requirements and communicate those requirements to engineering and product development teams.
  • Evaluate prospective customer’s needs using products and services, to include ROI information. Develop clear written proposal to include: sales quotes and summary of ROI and company efficiencies due to products and services.
  • Responsible for closing the sale, setting timelines for implementation, and following up on the agreed timelines.
  • Meet and exceed quota targets set for establishing sales of products and services.
  • Represent company at conferences, speaking events and trade shows as needed.
  • Manage and grow sales force

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of Business to Business SaaS sales experience
  • Proven results in driving $10m+ in ARR of which half or more comes from channel partners
  • Comfortable in in a quota-oriented sales environment  
  • Understanding of technology and technological innovations
  • Web3 experience a plus
  • Self-starter
  • Proven negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence decision makers and executives is required. Effective at presenting to executive management, i.e. C-Level
  • Proven ability to establish, grow and manage a sales team in a remote environment 
  • Professionalism, personal integrity, a high internal commitment to achieve success, the ability to build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships over a long period of time
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients and work collaboratively with our Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to efficiently fulfill client needs.
  • Participate in new business meetings and develop impactful and trusting relationships with clients
  • Conduct regular and thorough research on assorted topics, flagging news updates for teams/clients.
  • Partner with senior managers on achieving deliverables for concurrent projects
  • Create, edit, and proofread materials including press releases, blog content, pitches, fact sheets, FAQs, briefing notes, and client correspondence.
  • Ensure all relevant client assets are delivered, reviewing all work for quality
  • Propose new ways to improve account growth through clear understanding of clients’ objectives and goals
  • Manage client expectations, bringing concerns to the clients’ attention before they become issues, and perceive obstacles as an opportunity to engage, consult, and deliver value.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Understanding of digital marketing, measurement and analytics, and content management
  • At least 5 years of account experience preferably within an agency or B2B verticals
  • Experienced with various aspects of integrated communications (media relations, social media, creative, brand integration, talent integration)
  • Strong decision-making abilities and accountability; this is a key role, own it!
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, project management software (Monday, Asana, etc.)
  • Previous experience working with & managing teams in multiple locations

The ideal candidate must have built close business relationships with ISVs, cloud companies and SIs while selling value-added enterprise B2B SaaS solutions. The candidate must be quota and number driven and must have managed a minimum of $15MM yearly quota. The candidate must be a power closer and a results-driven team player who is comfortable selling into large organizations while working for a fast-paced startup. This is a US-based position and business travel is to be expected. Our ideal candidate will be ready to manage the current P&L and contribute to future hiring plans for scaling the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and execute channel sale partnerships with technology companies
  • Focus on driving revenue performance and sustainability of revenue (ARR)
  • Work closely with the CEO on developing and implementing the sales strategy
  • Own, manage and report P&L in collaboration with the Finance team
  • Liaise with product and engineering on roadmap and feature development
  • Set the partner business outlook for the Sales team, and drive demand generation activities with partners, events, and campaigns from an industry-focused plan

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of channel sales experience
  • Strong track record of quota attainment and accountability for revenue achievement. Experience managing up to $20MM in annual revenue
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for a great user experience.
  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency with sales metrics including CAC, CSC, MRR, ARR, GMV, etc.

The Head of Agency Partnerships will be a leader and driver of growth and will already have several high-level client relationships. This position will work directly with the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify agencies for potential partnerships and effectively pitch and win them
  • Work with the partner agency to ensure we gain a superior understanding of their business issues, marketing, industry, competitors, and brands. Use these insights to propose innovative solutions that delight the agency and their clients
  • Collaborate with partner agency account teams to discover and help create new business growth opportunities for their clients
  • Oversee strategic marketing plan development for partner agencies to create innovative ways for NFTs to impact client business results
  • Onboard and manage partner agencies
  • Prepare financial quotes, monitor work to help ensure profitable projects, and prepare and maintain business forecasts, revenue, and margin targets
  • Recommend new services and justify pricing to agency partners
  • Stay knowledgeable on marketing and agency service and technology trends, including analyzing and recommending any needed additions or changes
  • Onboard partnership managers, staying accountable for the growth and development of partnership teams, including all team and individual training. Provide individual feedback and guidance related to improvements and career development
  • Ensure all activities and processes that affect partner agencies and our services to them are in place and well-documented

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related course of study is required. An MBA is strongly preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in an advertising or marketing agency is required, including experience in leading and managing a client services team, with strong account management/account supervision experience
  • Outstanding work ethic. Ability to manage all situations with professionalism, competence, and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including the ability to effectively and authoritatively present information in one-on-one, small, and large group settings, including to the C-suite
  • Confident and outgoing with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to have difficult conversations internally and with clients, resolve conflict, reducing organizational and interpersonal issues
  • Strong leadership, supervisory and mentoring skills, especially in a remote environment
