This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) describes how Web3 Pro and its respective subsidiaries, parents and affiliates (collectively, “Company” or “Web3 Pro” or “us” or “we” or “our”) collects, stores, and uses personal information about you when you (i) visit any of our websites that link to this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms of Service of which this Privacy Policy is a part (the “Terms of Service”), including our website located at www.web3pro.com, as well as any other related sub-domain, media form, media channel, mobile application, or mobile website related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Sites”); and (ii) access the content, information, functionality, products or services made available on or through the Sites, (collectively, “Services”). In this Privacy Policy, “you” means any person who visits our Sites, uses our Services, communicates with us on the phone, by email, or text.

All updates to this Privacy Policy are noted at the top of this page, with date reference for your convenience. Web3 Pro reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Your continued use of the Sites after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes so please check the policy periodically for updates. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Sites as well as any of our other websites that post this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites that post different privacy policies or statements.

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?

Information You Give Us. When you contact us or opt in by registering on the Site and creating a user account, utilize our Services, register to receive alerts or other information via email, text, or instant message, we may collect your location information, email address, phone number, as well as other information, including demographic information such as gender, that you directly give us. We collect your personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Automatically Collected. We may automatically log information about you and your computer or mobile device when you access the Sites. For example, when visiting our Sites, we may log your computer operating system type, browser type, IP address, geolocation information, referring website from which you accessed the Sites, pages you viewed on the Sites, how long you spent on a page on the Sites, access times and information about your use of and actions on our Sites. We may collect device information about your mobile device that you use to access the Sites. We may collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends and to learn more about the demographics of our users. How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.

WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH

Wherever we or a trusted third-party service collects sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or looking for “https” at the beginning of the website address, also known as a URL, of the web page. If you make a purchase on our site with a credit card, the payment processor stores your credit card data, ensuring that it is encrypted through PCI-DSS, then deletes the transaction information as soon as it is no longer necessary. We will never transmit sensitive financial information by email.

We are dedicated to protecting all personal information to the greatest extent possible. However, if you create a user account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information by keeping your password confidential.
